'Prohibition Is Over Party' at The Espy, Portobello

The 22nd August saw The D.Dolls singing at The Espy in Portobello.  What a great time we had - pub was full, drinks and food were flowing, the staff were dressed up and we sang a full set of songs ranging from 'Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy' to 'Chatanooga Choo Choo'.

What a fun way to spend a Thursday evening...

The D.Dolls' 'What a Fabulous Garden Party', August 2013

In the spirit of summer and with the weather cooperating (mostly-although there was a tentative moment when the piano was taken inside to keep it dry), The D.Dolls played host to their very own Garden Party.

Complete with some great songs, summer dresses (OK, not on Piano Paul), cupcakes and Pimms, The Dolls entertained friends and family as well as passers-by. Thank you to everyone who came to enjoy our party.

Edinburgh Festival Fringe, August 2012

"It's the 1950's. Backstage, three female singers prepare for their gig. Take a peek through the keyhole of their dressing room to see and hear what's on their minds. Jazz, probably..."

The D.Dolls had a great time writing, producing and performing in their very own, late night show 'Made in the Shade' at the The Royal Scots Club.

For those of you who missed it, here's a photo and a couple of reviews from audience members.

Having a laugh...

"What a wonderfully uplifting and feel good show. These talented women are a "must see".. you'll come out smiling and tapping your feet..."

"Loved the show - you were all amazing!!!

"Well done - loved it"
